Many of our members are contacting NJT regarding the network and checking for doctors. It’s a Direct Access plan in which you can inquire with your providers.
You can search for network status online with Horizon at http://doctorfinder.horizonblue.com/
– choose Direct Access if in NJ or go to Quick Links, National provider search and select the PPO Blue Card network for out of state providers
Local 60 Meeting 02/20/2016
Some information from Sundays meeting;
- General Chairman Burkert distributed and took questions on the proposed MOU
- All members will be receiving a copy via USPS along with a ballot to cast your vote please insure the Local 60 office has your correct address
- A motion was made and passed to move April’s meeting to Saturday 04/30/2016 9:00am in order to count ballots
- General Chairman Burkert will be in Hoboken tomorrow 03/22/2016 and NY Penn Station on 03/23/2016 to answer questions on the proposed agreement
Q & A Session 03/21/2016
Any members attending the Q & A sessions tomorrow at the VFW with GC Burkert, please do not park in the parking lot, utilize on the street parking or take the train to Linden station. There is an event at the VFW at the same time and they need the parking spots. There are two times available tomorrow, Monday 03/21/2016 10am and 1pm, VFW Post 1397 20 Pennsylvania Railroad Ave.Linden, N.J. 07036
Hotel Pennsylvania Update
Please be advised the Hotel Pennsylvania Mens Quarters transition was completed Friday evening.
Mens Quarters is now located on the 8th floor and employees must enter through room 802A.
After entering you are in one of three sitting rooms, which then lead into two sleeping rooms.
