The Advantage EPO network would be identical to the participating providers in the HMO network inside NJ. Below is the link for members to access. Please ensure that they are selecting “Advantage EPO” under the choice of plan.

Outside of NJ, the Advantage EPO offers a national network of providers through the Blue Card PPO/EPO provider network. Below is the link to find participating providers outside of NJ.
