IT has identified a problem affecting MVD users on iOS version 18.4.1, where the paperclip icon for attachments is not displaying in the Integrify app. This prevents users from uploading supporting documents in Rail E-Claims and Mileage & Tolls applications.
Our team has been actively troubleshooting and confirmed that the issue is isolated to iOS 18.4.1. A support ticket has been opened with the vendor for further investigation.
In the meantime, we recommend that MVD users refrain from upgrading to iOS version 18.4.1 until the issue is resolved.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as we receive new information from the vendor.
