ATTENTION EMPLOYEES*UPDATED FOR T&E*
As a follow up to the “Updated CDC Isolation/Quarantine Guidance” sent to all employees on December 31, 2021, below is more detailed guidance on what employees should do in a variety of COVID-related situations.
1. If an Employee Tests Positive for COVID-19
• Employee notifies Supervisor and calls COVID-19 Hotline at 888-890-0729 to register their positive test.
Where it says “notifies Supervisor”, T&E will contact Crew callers.
• The positive test result must be submitted to the COVID-19 Hotline email at
covidresults@njtransit.com.
• Employee isolates for 5 days starting from the test date and can return to work
on Day 6 if they are asymptomatic.
One of the recent issues we encountered while cleaning up payroll, is that members were leaving the following fields blank when submitting DH claims
Earnings and denial statements will still be sent to pay locations until such a time they can be added to the self-service portal
Good news! Your paystubs will be now available electronically and paper paystubs will no longer be distributed effective December 21st, 2021. Login instructions are below with further details in the attached document.
***Please contact the IT Helpdesk directly at Helpdesk@njtransit.com or (973) 491-HELP(4357) with any login-related questions or concerns.***
Paystubs will post at 12:01 a.m. on your payroll date and historic stubs will be available dating back to October 2014. As is our current practice, any historical pay advice information prior to October 2014 must be requested through Payroll.
To access your pay stub online for the first time, visit https://selfservice.njtransit.
Last Name: Name in CAPS (i.e., “SMITH”)
Person Code: Employee Number (i.e., 012345)
Password: First Letter Last Name (CAPS) + Last 4 digits of SSN (i.e., S1234)
You will be asked to change the password immediately, then you will be able to view your pay stubs. (At first sign-on, some users have had to log out and then immediately log back in)
You will be able to view and print your annual W2 and 1095c from the self-service portal, and also view your tax filing status and benefits. In our continued effort to improve our internal customer service, we will be adding more features to the Employee Self-Service in the future. Please be on the lookout for communications regarding new services available through the Employee Self-Service portal.
Due to continued staffing issues and problems with Covid-19, vacancy and preapproved paid time off in the NY Receiver’s Office, the office will be closed today from 4:00pm – 11:30pm. We continue to monitor the situation closely and are working diligently to get the office back to normal operations safely.
We anticipate the office reopening tomorrow Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at 6:01am.

Attention All Members,
As you all know the Carrier made a mistake by advertising assignments for Friday New Years Eve/Day. We all know this caused another rollover. We were able to have the Carrier agree to put everyone whose assignment should not have been advertised, back to their respective assignments prior to that bulletin. If anyone’s assignment now works Friday New Years Eve/Day that will be considered a One Day Assignment Change and that member will have the choice to remain on the assignment or receive a pick. If any member was outbid for their assignment they owned prior to that bulletin that member will be put back to that assignment.
Attention All Members,
Retro payments were made today. Printouts are available on the Self Service portal. Please note if you’re out of service you will not receive the retro payment until your status is changed to active.
Reminder effective 12/13/2021 paper timecards are no longer accepted you must use the Integrify site to submit, ensure you have an email response, otherwise claim has not been sent.
This site can be accessed through your MVD, the HOS computers at sign-up and rest locations, or your personal devices including home computers.
See division notice DN2-1201 “Attached below”
If you are filling out for a flag or yard assignment do not use code 055 “continuous time“. This will trigger a required supervisor signature; non-passenger assignments do not get cut, so it is not needed. Use the 055 if you are requesting additional overtime for a regular yard assignment.
When filling out shortage form on local 60 the “Request #” you receive from email response is mandatory to process shortages.
Good afternoon Brothers and Sisters:
