COVID-19 Employee Questions and Concerns

ATTENTION EMPLOYEES:

We have created a new e-mail address specifically for NJ TRANSIT employees with COVID-19-related issues, questions, or concerns.

The new address — which goes directly to our Office of System Safety — is

COVIDSAFETY@NJTRANSIT.com

This new address will help us better distinguish and respond to COVID-19-related issues, unrelated to issues handled by our Safety Hotline and e-mail.

Again, please relay all COVID-19-related issues, questions, or concerns to the new email address and not the Safety Hotline or e-mail.

Thank you.

ATTENTION EMPLOYEES:

I’d like to clarify my earlier message, which introduced our new COVIDSAFETY@NJTRANSIT.com e-mail address.

To be clear: This new e-mail address DOES NOT REPLACE our medical hotline, which is staffed 24/7 for MEDICAL CONCERNS related to COVID-19. This number —  1-888-890-0729 –remains in service for reporting all MEDICAL INFORMATION pertaining to COVID-19.

COVIDSAFETY@NJTRANSIT.COM IS INTENDED SOLELY FOR WORKPLACE-RELATED COVID-19 ISSUES, QUESTIONS or CONCERNS.

To report workplace safety issues, questions or concerns, unrelated to COVID-19, please continue to utilize the regular Office of System Safety Hotline at 1-877-806-8283 or by emailing SafetyHotline@NJTRANSIT.COM.

If you observe a situation at your workplace relating to current COVID-19 mitigations, and you would like to discuss or report it, please send an email to COVIDSAFETY@NJTRANSIT.com.

Thank you for helping us keep our employees and customers safe.
