ATTENTION EMPLOYEES:

NEW COVID-19 VACCINE APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE IN CAMDEN

TO ALL NJ TRANSIT EMPLOYEES

FOR A LIMITED TIME, NJ TRANSIT has secured COVID-19 vaccine appointments for employees at the community-based vaccination site at the BB&T Pavilion in Camden, New Jersey.

In addition to the vaccines administered by NJ TRANSIT to frontline, public-facing employees at the Newton Avenue Administration Building in Camden, this new option is available to ALL NJ TRANSIT employees, but appointments are only available today through Friday, March 19.

If interested, please e-mail bbtvaccine@njtransit.com as soon as possible but no later than 4 p.m. Wednesday, March 17 and include the following information:

  • First and last name
  • Employee ID number
  • Preferred phone number
  • Date of birth
  • Home city
  • Race

This information is required by the vaccination site for statewide statistical tracking.

You will then be contacted by the CamCare Call Center or a FEMA representative to schedule an appointment. Names received first will be called first. Although you may not recognize the number, please answer as the caller may be a representative from CamCare or FEMA.

Sending an e-mail to the address above is the preferred method to provide your information, although if you do not have access to e-mail, you may call the NJ TRANSIT COVID-19 hotline, staffed 24/7, at 1-888-890-0729. The response time may be delayed if you call the hotline as opposed to e-mailing. The e-mail address above will no longer be active after 4 p.m. on Wednesday.

PLEASE POST IN A CENTRAL LOCATION FOR EMPLOYEES WITHOUT ACCESS TO E-MAIL
