For Tuesday February 2nd 2021 crews are to report at their regular scheduled time for a Tuesday. Work as directed by supervision or in their absence the ACD (Assistant Chief Dispatcher) 

NJ Transit will operate a weekend schedule on most lines, except ACL. 

Atlantic city will operate a normal Tuesday schedule

I have just been updated on the following from Amtrak Supervision

They will be operating shuttle trains along the NEC for crews if needed

Operating right now east to New York from Trenton stopping at Metro Pk. and Newark

7:30pm departing New York for Trenton stopping at Newark and Metro Pk.

9:00pm Departure east out of Trenton stopping at Metro Pk. and Newark Penn

11:30pm out of New York West to Philadelphia stopping at Newark and Metro Pk.

4am departure out of Philadelphia 5am departure from Trenton stopping at Metro Pk. and Newark Penn.
