Crew Callers
The crew callers office will be temporarily relocating to another office in the ROC during 3rd shift on 8/23 from 11p-7a. T & E and trainmasters will be required to use different extensions to get through to the crew callers office. This means that the normal numbers that T & E call will not be answered. T & E will have to use the following numbers to get in contact with the crew callers. These numbers will only be used from 11p-7a (Fri night – Sat morning). As of 7am Saturday, 8/10 normal operation will resume in the crew callers office. The temporary CC number change will be put in the supplemental bulletin order for 8/24 as well.
Any crew requests should be sent via email, if anyone needs to contact the crew callers via phone please use the temporary numbers listed below:
